Terms of Use for SpendFlex

These Terms of Use govern your use of SpendFlex and any mobile applications published by Alfredo Caloto ("we", "us", or "our") available on the App Store and Google Play.

By downloading or using SpendFlex, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

SpendFlex is provided for personal, non-commercial finance tracking and productivity use. You agree not to misuse the app or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Financial Disclaimer

SpendFlex is a manual expense tracking tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Any information shown in the app is for personal organization and informational purposes only.

3. Local Data

SpendFlex stores your financial records and preferences locally on your device. You are responsible for managing your device and for creating an external backup if you need your data to survive loss, damage or uninstalling the app. We cannot recover local data that was not backed up.

4. In-App Purchases

SpendFlex may offer in-app purchases including:

• Monthly auto-renewable subscription: unlocks Premium for each paid monthly period and renews until cancelled.
• Premium Lifetime: one-time payment granting Premium access without a recurring subscription.
• Tips: one-time optional payments to support development. Tips do not unlock Premium features.

Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

5. Subscriptions and introductory offers

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the price and interval shown by the store unless you cancel before the next renewal.
• If an introductory or free trial is available and your store account is eligible, the exact duration, renewal price and conditions are shown in the native purchase screen before you confirm. An offer is not guaranteed for every user or platform.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Uninstalling SpendFlex does not cancel an active subscription.

Cancellations and refunds are handled under the rules of the store where you purchased and any applicable law. See the Apple Media Services Terms or the Google Play refund policy.

6. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, you can restore an active subscription or Premium Lifetime purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option with the same store account. Restoring a purchase does not restore local financial data; use a SpendFlex backup for that.

7. App changes and availability

We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Store availability, operating-system support and third-party services may change over time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for any specific financial outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of SpendFlex.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
